We produce whole range of cuts such as roasting joints, loin chops, steaks, belly, drumsticks, mince, breasts and bacon. As we butcher our own animals we can do any cut if requested, so please contact us if there's a special cut you would like. One of our specialities is our sausages. We make these using the whole animal and where possible we use fresh seasonal ingredients available in the farm shop, particular favourites includes strawberry and prosecco, mushroom, red onion and thyme, plum and greengage, the 'popeye', to name a few!
We attend local and London markets regularly and we take orders at these markets. No matter how big or small the order please contact us and we will bring your order ready to the market (so no need to wake up early to get to the market before something sells out!) Please contact us to see if there's a market near you! We can also arrange deliveries for orders over a minimum amount and supply restaurants, pubs and farmshops. Please order below.
We are a family run farm, Clive and Debs children being sixth generation, all our animals are free range (and escape artists!). All the meat is butchered on the farm ourselves and we also stock local produce, including vegetables going back to our roots and always seeking something a little unique.
